Built for locals by locals. Brighton is a family affair co-owned by Ben Randall, Marion McAllister and Lauren Nolan. The venue is grounded in a WA first philosophy that proudly champions local producers and growers.

The wine list is 100 per cent Australian, with more than three quarters sourced from WA. Expect a considered collection of pours from sparkling to aromatic, lush, bright and bold - celebrating the depth and craft found from our own shores. Alongside the wine offering, you will find local beers on tap and signature Aussie-centric cocktails.

The menu takes cues from the Mediterranean, is coastally inspired and anchored by premium produce sourced from around WA - designed to be shared.

Award winning local builders Builden, alongside architect Jonathan Jones of Ninefinedesign have shaped a space that feels refined yet relaxed, with bespoke, hand sculpted lighting by Fremantle studio Carver Lights, and natural paint finishes by Painted Earth.
