This is a seriously thoughtful wine list. It was shaped from hours of research, years of cellaring, and yes, a few tastes here and there.
At Brighton Wine Bar, it’s not just a list, it’s a statement. Australian wine is top-notch and we are proud to serve it.
You’ll find everything from bold Barossa reds to well-aged Hunter Valley Semillon and classic Margaret River Chardonnay.
Our closest producers sit just down the road in the Swan Valley, while further afield we pour standout wines from regions like Tasmania, including House of Arras Brut Elite Cuvée. We work closely with local suppliers to offer a range of styles and price points, from everyday favourites to something a little more special.
Our Enomatic system allows us to serve premium wines by the glass, including limited and cellar-worthy bottles like the 2019 Picardy Merlimont Merlot Blend.
