For our next Brighton Wine Club, we’re putting the usual rules of red wine to the test with four very different takes on chilled reds.
From the fresh, fruit driven character of Gamay, to the science behind carbonic maceration, the controversial combination of red and white grapes and the unmistakably Australian tradition of Sparkling Shiraz, we’ll explore where these styles come from, why they work chilled and what makes each one different.
Led by our wine team, it’s a relaxed and informal evening of wine, cheese and plenty of conversation. No intimidation, no need to know your tannins from your terpenes. Just come curious!
Thursday 12 November 6pm – 7.30pm $35pp | Includes four tastings + cheese plates
